IC layout Engineer (Semiconductor Custom Layout)


Job Description:

1, Will contribute to physical layout of various memory chip circuit blocks:
2, Responsible for circuit block DRC/LVS verification;
3, Contribute to full chip level layout and verification, as well as tapeout process;
4, Work in Shenzhen;

Requirements:

1, College degree in Electrical Engineering or other related engineering degree.
2, 1+ years of IC custom layout working experience.
3, Familiar with Cadence Design Environment,
4, Knowledge of basic CMOS design.
5, Experience in memory layout design is a plus.
6, Experience in DRC/LVS verification flow is a plus;


Wireless Communication System Engineer


Requirements:

1, Holds a Master degree or above in Electrical Engineering;
2, 3 years or more experience in wireless communication industry;
3, Familiar with one or more of the simulation tools such as ADS, matlab, SPW etc. Capable of performing trade-off analysis for a wireless communication system between cost and performance;
4, Familiar with transceiver architectures and their limitations;
5, Capable to perform system partition and propagate system level specification
to the block level requirement;
6, Familiar with one or more of the communication protocols;
7, Education background in the DSP area is preferred;


Analog Mixed-signal IC Designer


Requirements:

1, Holds a Master degree or above in Electrical Engineering;
2, 3 years or more IC design experience;
3, Familiar with EDA tools such as Cadence Analog Artist Suite;
4, Capable of doing analog IC layout and its verification.
5, Has design experience in one or more of the following areas: ADC, DAC, Active filter, Discrete time filters, Switch capacitor circuit, Sigma-delta modulator;
6, Skill in simple Verilog or VHDL coding and circuit synthesis with Design Compiler is a plus;
7, Candidate with a successful product tapeout and bench test experience is preferred.
